What this ride covers

A Plus Medical Transport isn't only for medical trips. It also drives people to family events, so someone who can't drive doesn't have to miss a birthday, a graduation, a wedding or a reunion.

These rides work like any other A Plus trip. Call or send a request, and A Plus confirms availability and the price before anything is arranged.

A Plus's hours are Monday to Friday 5 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm. If your event is outside those hours, ask when you call.

How it works

  1. Call or send a request

    Call (346) 366-1110, or tap Request a ride on this page and send your trip details by email. Please give A Plus 24 to 48 hours' notice.

  2. A Plus confirms availability and price

    You'll know whether A Plus can take the trip and what it costs before anything is arranged.

  3. Pickup

    Be ready at the pickup time A Plus gives you.

  4. The ride home

    For a round trip, A Plus confirms when you'll be picked up to head home.
