Rides to dialysis

Dialysis runs on a schedule, and your ride should too. A Plus gets you to treatment and home again afterward.

Open Mon–Fri 5 am–5 pm, Sat 9 am–3 pm.

What this ride covers

A Plus Medical Transport takes people to and from dialysis treatments at their center.

Most people on dialysis go several times a week. If you need rides on a regular schedule, tell A Plus your days and chair times when you call, and it will tell you what it can set up.

Many people feel tired after a treatment. Door-to-door assistance is part of A Plus's customer commitment, so say if you'd like help getting from the vehicle to your door.

How it works

  1. Call or send a request

Call (346) 366-1110, or tap Request a ride on this page and send your trip details by email. Please give A Plus 24 to 48 hours' notice.

  2. A Plus confirms availability and price

You'll know whether A Plus can take the trip and what it costs before anything is arranged.

  3. Pickup

Be ready at the pickup time A Plus gives you, so you make your chair time.

  4. The ride home

A Plus confirms when you'll be picked up after treatment. If a treatment runs long, call A Plus.
