    Call A Plus and describe the trip at least 24 to 48 hours ahead. If you're arranging a ride for someone else, have their details handy.

    • One-way or round trip, and when you'll need the ride back
    • Any mobility needs A Plus should know about

  2. Confirm availability and pricing with the company

    A Plus will tell you whether it can take the trip and what it will cost. Ask any questions before you agree to the trip.

  3. Arrange your trip

    Once you and A Plus agree on the details, your trip is arranged. Note the pickup time, and if your plans change, call A Plus as early as you can.

How do I book a ride?

What areas do you cover?

All of Houston. A Plus is based in Cypress, Texas.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 5 am to 5 pm. Saturday, 9 am to 3 pm. Closed Sunday.

How much does a ride cost?

A Plus will go over the price with you before your ride is booked.

Do you take insurance?

Insurance is pending. A Plus is getting approved for Medicaid and Medicare only, and does not take other insurance. Private pay is accepted now.
